These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.guardianinsurancegrp.com (the "Site") and our text messaging program. By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

Part A: SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Guardian Insurance Group LLC at the mobile number you provided. Depending on the consent you choose, messages may include: (a) informational/customer care messages: replies to your policy service and quote questions, appointment confirmations, and quote follow-ups that may include a secure link to share your current policy details; and/or (b) marketing messages: occasional insurance review/quote offers and requests to review our agency. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to opt in. You can opt in by checking one or both optional SMS consent boxes on our website form at https://www.guardianinsurancegrp.com/contact. Each box is a separate choice, and you can submit the form without checking either one.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

No coverage until confirmed. Information on this Site is general and for informational purposes only. It is not a contract, a binder, or a promise of coverage. Requesting a quote through the Site, by phone, by email, or by text does not bind, change, or cancel coverage. All quotes are subject to underwriting and insurance company approval. Coverage is not in force or changed until confirmed in writing by Guardian Insurance Group or the insurance company. Policy terms, conditions, and exclusions in the actual policy control.

Licensing. Guardian Insurance Group LLC is licensed to sell insurance in Arizona and Utah. License numbers: Arizona, Guardian Insurance Group LLC #3003724486 and Ottley Pulotu #18606704; Utah, Guardian Insurance Group LLC #1116594 and Ottley Pulotu #1022560. Products and coverages may not be available in every state.

Third-party services. The Site links to third-party services such as Canopy Connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

Accuracy. We try to keep Site content accurate and current but make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. The Site is provided "as is."

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guardian Insurance Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
